  • Opportunity to join a fast moving, innovative company

Based in Auckland and working across multiple business units and sites, this role calls for a leader. Not just any leader - one who can step in, hit the ground running and lead from the front. We are building up our team and this role is one that requires experience, initiative and drive. We move quickly here and want someone who, like us, is innovative and just gets the job done.

You'll champion the safety culture by partnering with the business to coach, mentor and guide our managers and workers to enhance safety and safe working practices.

Heading up a team, you will be responsible for the entire HSEQ remit including managing our ISO programme and ensuring audits are completed across all of our work sites and external contractors, processes and procedures on a regular basis. This critical role calls from someone with proven ability in demonstrating safety leadership.

Partnering with key stakeholders will require your expert influencing skills and critical to your success is your experience in delivering Safety 2 concepts within a Just Culture framework.

Above all, you will bring enthusiasm and energy to the role and have a roll up your sleeves attitude. Whilst not essential, experience in the electrical industry and/or relevant tertiary qualifications in Health and Safety and Quality Assurance, will set you apart from the rest.
