Ideally, you will have broad Administration experience with the ability to prioritise and manage your work activities. We are looking for someone who has a genuine belief in providing excellent customer service, is highly motivated with a "can do" attitude.

To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:
Proficient in MS suite of products (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Publisher) Pronto software knowledge is an advantage Handling and processing of subcontractor claims, retentions and reconciliation Timesheet processing Contracting/ customer invoicing Strong administration and data entry experience 3 to 5 years' experience in an administration role for a contracts/ trade services operation

This role is responsible to provide an effective and efficient administration service to ensure all functions are completed in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
Reporting to the Regional Manager responsibilities for this role include:
Processing weekly timesheets Assist Project Managers with setup of projects, Budgets, Ordering, Payment Claims, Variations, Subcontractor Agreements Reconciling Subcontractor Payment Claims and Payment Certificates Co-ordination and data entry of all Subcontractor orders, claims and payments Assist Managers with Project financial reporting and monthly Forecast Cost to Complete Ensure company procedures are being maintained.
