Aquaheat New Zealand Limited trading as Caldwell and Levesque, is a member of the Horizon Energy Group offering professional electrical and communications services to the Queenstown regional market (both public and private sectors).

Aquaheat is recruiting for a Qualified Lead Electrician to join our growing team in Queenstown. This position is permanent full-time.
Reporting to the Electrical Regional Manager, as a qualified lead Electrician you will:
- Efficiently, effectively and safely carry out Electrical installation work, ensuring that your work meets the relevant quality, budget and safety standards.
- At all times enthusiastically expedite all works in a professional and tradesman like manner to a level of quality that meets current accepted commercial/industry standards.
- Work unsupervised, or as part of a team, to deliver high quality Electrical installation works.
- Be willing to work flexible hours and have the ability to manage your own time in order to meet deadlines.
- Ensure a safe working environment for self, colleagues, customers, and the general public.
To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications, experience and skills:
Demonstrated experience and skills in relevant trade area required:
- NZ Electrical registration.
- 2 years post trade experience in Electrical installation works.
- Valid, NZ Drivers Licence
- Installation and maintenance of Electrical Plant and Equipment
- Commercial installation and maintenance
- Experience with building services specialising in Electrical work
- Experience in responding to and satisfying customer requests
- Experience with using hand or power equipment.
- Experience working within Health & Safety guidelines
