We are currently seeking an exceptional People Capability (L&D) Specialist with a passion for innovation to join our focused, friendly and supportive People & Culture team. What you'll do:

Own and drive engagement of our HRIS Learning Management System (LMS), refine Go1 learning content and create learning experiences for our diverse workforce, from trades to office-based professionals. As we complete the implementation of the remaining HRIS modules, you'll assist in embedding new ways of working and support our people to fully utlise the various modules. You'll also get involved in designing and creating onboarding and policy related training, analyse development plan outcomes, and deliver targeted solutions that resonate with varied audiences.

This varied role will also see you get involved in a range of people development programs, from coordinating and support apprenticeship programmes within the business and ensuring our trainees are on a pathway for success, to assisting in delivering succession and development planning initiatives across the Group.

By managing P&C Diversity initiatives, you'll empower our people and drive growth across the organisation, adapting your approach to meet the unique needs of each team. Ensuring synergy in our L&D approach across the group, you'll identify corrective interventions that are scalable and add value.

What You'll Bring to the Table:

  • Significant LMS experience and a proven track record in hands-on Learning and Development roles.
  • Experience embedding Learning Management Systems in organisations
  • A focus on utilising technology to enhance the training experience for employees
  • Experience using software such as Articulate Rise 360 to create learning content.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • An adaptable communication style to engage with a diverse workforce.
