ElectriNET, based in Gisborne is a member of the Horizon Energy Group and is Eastland's largest consolidated services Contractor, covering power, plumbing, electrical and building services.

ElectriNET is recruiting for a Office Administrator. This position is on a casual basis to cover for team on leave and during our busy period.

Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Provide clerical, administrative and reception support functions.
  • Build strong long term relationships with our customers ensuring they see ElectriNET as a preferred supplier with excellent customer service and technical support.
  • Administer and maintain Company records including document scanning, filing, archiving and destruction of records on a regular basis.
  • Liaise with customers, administrative, technical and management staff, facilities staff and contractors.
  • As a first point of contact for most customers, answer telephone enquiries and greet customers in an efficient, friendly and professional manner, take accurate and properly detailed messages and direct calls and messages to appropriate staff.

To be successful a candidate will require the following qualifications and experience:

  • At least 2 years Administration and Customer Service experience.
  • Current NZ Drivers Licence.
  • Sound knowledge in the operation of office equipment (computers, photocopiers, printers, etc).
  • Strong administration skills - organised, thorough, systems orientated with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent levels of computer literacy and touch-typing skills.
  • Research, clerical, and records management skills.
  • Proactive nature with strong use of initiative; able to work unsupervised.
